Our Mission Is
ICAA Boston empowers youth ages 12–26 from underrepresented communities with housing stability, academic support, mentorship, and direct pathways into biomanufacturing and regulatory affairs careers.
We prepare Boston’s next generation for high-wage employment in the life sciences while addressing the industry’s critical workforce shortage.
